The
only time past for rural children
Tshetem Zangmo, five years is a
regular visitor to Community Information Center (CIC).
Today, she came with her elder
sister, who is nine, studying in Damphu Lower Secondary School.
They are from Yurung gewog under
Pemagatshel Dzongkhag, but have been a year shifted to Tsirang with their
mother and currently staying with grandfather,
who resettled in Kikhorthang gewog.
“Now, it’s a winter vocation for my sister”
she said, she wants to enjoy and learn how to play Hiwel (play ground) from
her.
Both of them are enjoying the animation of Aup
Naka and it is one of their favorite games.
